Through collaboration with key stakeholders and community partners, the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health’s (LACDPH), Division of HIV & STD Programs, plans to implement activities that enhance the current Los Angeles County HIV portfolio, align with the four pillars, improve HIV related health outcomes, and prevent new transmissions.
